stall with run – $500

Details:

Our box stalls measure 12’x12′. Each stall has an attached 40′ run, automatic waterer, individually controlled light, outlet and stall mats. 

What’s included:

• Twice daily feeding of premium grass hay in HayChix hay net (up to 20lb per horse)
• Twice daily feeding of owner-supplied grain and supplements
• Owner facilitated turnout
• Blanketing of owner provided blanket(s) under 25 degrees, managed twice daily
• Parking for (1) trailer

Add-ons:

• 3x/week turnout (MWF)* – $50/month
• 5x/week turnout (weekdays)* – $75/month
• Alfalfa supplementation – alfalfa added to the standard grass hay ration – $30/month
• Extra grass hay (additional hay either added to morning feed or supplied midday) – $25/month

*All horses are turned out individually unless multiple horses of the same owner or multiple owners approve and request group turnout.

group pen – $425

Details:

Our group dry-lot pens each house 4 horses. The pens measure approximately 100’x100′ and horses have access to a shelter, automatic waterer, and free-choice hay. These are highly coveted due to their convenience for you and room to roam for your horse.

What’s included:

• 24 hour free-choice 3×3 premium grass hay bale wrapped in a HayChix slow feed net
• Owner facilitated turnout
• Parking for (1) trailer

Add-ons:

• Once daily feeding of owner-provided grain and/or supplements in a feeding bag – $50/month

Pasture – $415

Details:

Our non-irrigated pastures house 4-6 horses each. The pastures measure approximately 4 acres each and horses have access to a shelter, automatic waterer, and free-choice hay. 

What’s included:

• 24 hour free-choice 3×3 premium grass hay bale wrapped in a HayChix slow feed net
• Parking for (1) trailer
