22-stall barn

Our barn features:

• 22 box stalls with 40′ runs
• Two heated wash stalls with hot & cold water
• Climate controlled tackroom with keypad lock
• Climate controlled restroom
• Grain room
• Attached barn manager residence

INdoor arena

Our 100’x200′ indoor riding arena features lights for late night riding and soft-sand footing that is groomed and watered regularly. 

Outdoor riding arenas

200’x300′ back arena: Our back arena is perfectly sized for conditioning and preparing for competition. Set up your barrels and let loose on its soft-dirt surface. 

100’x200′ side arena: Our side arena is raised and graded, the perfect place to set up your jumps and school your horses.

roundpens

We have two round pens – one in the front of the property with solid sides, perfect for training youngsters. A second adjacent to the back arena for easy access when training.

turnouts

We have three non-irrigated turnouts available for use ranging in size from 2-7 acres. All stall horses have an add-on option to include turnout with their board. When not used by paid-turn out horses, these pastures are open to all boarders. Simply check the schedule on the wall in the front of the barn and you’re good to go!

Trails

NOCO Equine sits on 66 acres of rideable land! We have bridle path that skirts the perimeter of the property, numerous open fields and dirt roads to ride along. Just saddle up and enjoy the peace and quiet that surrounds the facility.
