facility & Amenities – NOCO Equine
NOCO Equine is a 65‑acre horse boarding and equestrian facility in Windsor, Colorado—just minutes from downtown but set peacefully off the road. We combine comfort, safety, and a turnout‑oriented environment so you and your horse can enjoy quality daily life without long drives or busy barn traffic.
Our property is fully fenced with 5‑strand slick wire, secured overnight, and monitored by security cameras. Our barn manager lives on site, and daily care is delivered with consistency, attention, and a horse‑first mindset. We purposefully keep boarding numbers limited to preserve a quiet, community‑oriented experience.

Two heated wash stalls with hot and cold water
-
Climate‑controlled tack room with keypad lock
-
Indoor restroom

This barn layout promotes efficient care and a safe home base for all horses.
Indoor arena
Our 100′ × 200′ indoor arena features lighting for evening use and soft, regularly groomed sand footing ideal for schooling, flatwork, and balanced riding year‑round
Obstacle & Jump course
Our large 200′ × 300′ obstacle and jump field gives riders plenty of space to practice skills outside the arena. This field includes bridges, a tarp crossing, and cross‑country style jumps—great for developing confidence and versatility in both horses and riders.
Round pen
Perfect for groundwork, lunging, starting youngsters, or working out the wiggles, our soft‑sand round pen with solid walls offers a safe, dedicated training space
Turnouts
We have two non‑irrigated turnouts ranging from 2–7 acres with pasture access for horses. All stall boarders can choose to add mixed‑herd turnout as part of their care plan. When not reserved for paid turnout, these pastures are open for all boarders to use—just check the schedule in the main barn
room to ride
NOCO Equine sits on 65 acres of rideable land. In addition to arenas and training spaces, we have a perimeter bridle path, open fields, and quiet service roads where you can saddle up and enjoy a calm, scenic ride across the property.
